Xavier is a suite of functions for the development of the talents and soft skills of company employees, which through assessment of skills and personality profiles, makes it possible to suggest solutions to improve the company climate.
The first function is Suggest, able to create the best working group for a project, based both on the skills required, but also on the quality of the relationships between the members, which depends on the psychological profile and previous experiences.
Mirroring allows you to view the progress of assessments over time, and to show the distance of each employee from other roles that they could cover within the company.
Quit monitoring, on the other hand, makes it possible to predict in advance which employees are at risk of termination of the contract.
